Pricing & Product Availability

Orders & Acceptance

Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days within Pakistan
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be paid in exact cash at the time of delivery
• International Delivery time may extend up to 10–15 working days, depending on the destination
• International Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer
• International Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and do not include destination country taxes

ARZ Leather is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Refund & Exchange Policy

ARZ Leather follows a strict quality control process to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

• No refunds are offered once an order is processed
• Personalized or customized items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable

Exchange requests may be accepted only under the following conditions:

• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• The request must be made within 3 working days of receiving the order
• Product must not be customized or personalized
• Exchange approval is subject to inspection by our quality team

If approved:

• Higher-value items require payment of the difference
• Lower-value exchanges will not be refunded for the difference amount

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before processing or dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

ARZ Leather may cancel any order due to:

• Incomplete customer information
• Non-response from customer
• Payment issues or delays
• Duplicate order placement

  Such variations are not considered defects, as leather is a natural material.

Intellectual Property Rights
